Centrally located in the Department of the Tarn (in the Midi Pyrenees region), Mazamet is within two-hour’s drive of five international airports:

  • Beziers: 1 hour 45 minute's drive with Ryanair flights from London Luton and Bristol.
  • Castres-Mazamet: just 10 minute's drive, with twice-daily flights from Paris & Lyon.
  • Carcassonne: just 45 minute's drive, with Ryanair flights from Bournemouth, Brussels, Cork, Dublin, East Midlands, Glasgow, Liverpool, London Stansted, Leeds/Bradford and Shannon.
  • Toulouse: 1 hour 30 minute's drive with flights from EasyJet and British Airways from Bristol, Gatwick, Heathrow and a host of other European carriers.
  • Perpignan, Rodez & Monpellier: Served by Ryanair, FlyBe and other carriers within two-hour's drive.

Train

Services to Mazamet will deliver you just two minutes walk from La Villa. Frequent trains commence in Toulouse, which is linked by France's famous TGV Network.

Car

From the UK, Mazamet is located 1,040 km (650 miles) south of Calais via France's excellent péages (toll roads).

Leaving the motorway, the town is 45 mins drive from either the A80/A61 Toulouse to Narbonne péages or the E9/N20 Limoges to Toulouse péage.
