Our Masseuse Bien étre

Massages are provided by our resident Masseuse bien étre, Sheda Savage, originally from the United Kingdom.

In anticipation of a career change, and move to France, in 2003 Sheda began retraining in Indian Head Massage before undertaking further qualifications in Swedish Body Massage and then Aromatherapy.

Sheda is a fully qualified member of the Federation of Holistic Masseuses and now lives just outside Lautrec in the beautiful Tarn region, north east of Mazamet.
