Garden & Pool

Landscaped as part of our renovations, our gardens surround La Villa and provide a variety of facilities, including:

• Swimming pool - 6.5m (1.5 m deep) - not heated
• Sun deck, with sun loungers, which enjoys the sun throughout the day
• Gazebo with sofa, arm chairs & coffee table
• Tables & chairs with parasols where were we serve breakfasts on warm mornings, and dinner on balmy evenings
• Outdoor shower and poolside toilet facilities
• Raised herb & vegetable beds in our kitchen garden

We also provide an honesty bar where you can help yourself to soft drinks, beers, snacks & ice cream throughout the day… as well as little touches like complimentary sun cream & after sun too.

SWIMMING POOL

Open from 10am - 7pm, from Easter until October, our pool is ideal for a refreshing dip after a day’s sightseeing. Pool towels are provided as are towels should guests like to venture into the Montagne Noire to swim in our local lake

KITCHEN GARDEN

At the rear of La Villa you can see & smell our raised herbs & vegetable beds that we plant throughout the year for use in the kitchen; behind this our small soft-fruit trees.

You will find some of these herbs and veggies in your cocktails and table d’hotes.

GAZEBO

Our gazebo is an ideal place for those who prefer some shade; with a sofa and arm chairs this is a popular spot for aperitifs and post-dinner coffees too (there are also a number of tables & chairs dotted around the gardens for those who like the sun or the shade - each in a difference spot to take in a different vista)

POOLSIDE DINING

From May-September (in fine weather) the poolside becomes the dining room under the stars where guests have the option to enjoy their breakfasts (and dinners, with advance reservation) al fresco
