Our Luxury Bed and Breakfast in SW France is ideally situated in a stunning area with both Carcassonne and Albi just 45 mins away, and everything from vineyards to mountains within minutes – and easily accessed too, with 5 international airports within 2 hours and located 3 hours from Barcelona, Provence and Bordeaux for those exploring other regions before or after your stay with us.

We have invested in top quality queen and king-size Hypnos beds, found in some of the world’s finest five star hotels.

We offer an extensive range of fresh items on our breakfast platter each morning from seasonal fruits, conserves, homemade baked goods, cheeses and charcuterie. Not to forget French favourites such as pain au chocolat (called chocolatines in the South West), croissants and baguette straight from our oven. Breakfast is included in our room rates.

Our four-course table d’hôte menu changes daily (served Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm) and features only the freshest local and seasonal produce from markets. Take a look at our wine list we have selected (and tasted!) ourselves.

When booked directly with us, our rates are inclusive of breakfast and WiFi, and we believe present great value for money. We also do not make any surcharge for payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

We really love welcoming guests from around the world and take pride in our personal service and attention to detail. And when you book direct, a complimentary drink of choice will soon be in your hand when you arrive.

Our spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms provide the utmost in comfort and with every modern amenity from flat-screen TV with DVD player, bathrobe and slippers, hair dryer to tea and coffee – all you would expect to find in a well-appointed hotel.

All rooms, balconies and indoor common areas are completely smoke-free.

Be this reading a book under the gazebo, enjoying time in Le Petit Spa, or an aromatherapy massage – you can’t help but relax and switch off from the daily routine when staying with us

We have written a series of 8 self-drive day tours which include maps, directions and even lunch-stop suggestions. These feature what, for us, are the “must see” places to visit during your stay
